Imaginary Math has some of the best tutors I have had and really made a difference in my entire Calculus 1 class’s grades when they tutored us. Personally, by going to them for a tutor, it helped me change my grade from a C to an A by the end of the semester. The tutors are very personable and memorize names instantly. They take their time to really work out the problems and explain thoroughly. They genuinely care about their tutees and it shows through their passion for tutoring. I can truthfully say Imaginary Math has one of the best if not the best tutor I have ever had. I met David my freshman year at Hampton University. I was a brand new student trying to get accustomed to the next chapter of my life. I was a mathematics major just like David, and being the math major that I was, I figured that college would be an easy walk in the park. Boy was I wrong! I failed my very first math exam, and this is literally what I'm getting my degree in! It made me realize that I need help, and so I went to David. David not only helped me understand concepts I struggled with, but he also welcomed me as if I was like a little brother. He went far and beyond what your average tutor would do. From simplifying and breaking down complex equations to asking a simple yet so thoughtful question, "How was your day?"
